Warranty and Lifetime Support

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items purchased from our store include lifetime support and the following warranty coverage:

Warranty Duration

• Hinge: All new and refurbished hinges are covered by a 3-year limited warranty or up to five hinge replacement pairs, whichever comes first.
• All other parts: 1-year limited warranty
• Replacement parts provided under warranty are shipped at no additional cost to the buyer. Warranty replacement parts are typically delivered within five business days.

Although the non-hinge parts are made from durable coated metal and unlikely to fail under normal use, we provide a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Functional failures during normal, intended use

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
• Unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

About The Lifetime Support

We will continue to support all of our products even after the warranty has expired.

Replacement parts will remain available for purchase for all products. Additionally, new features introduced in future product iterations may be made available to older kits when possible, allowing customers to upgrade without having to purchase a new kit.

Warranty Claims

To submit a claim, contact us at warranty@spdbygaston.com with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. If approved, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
