We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the order for any reason under the following conditions:
Return Window
You may initiate a return for any reason within 4 calendar days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was sent. Once we confirm the return, you will have 4 business days to ship the order back.
If not shipped within the given 4 business days, each additional calendar day will incur a late fee of $40 for orders of $145 and higher, and $20 for orders of $40 and higher.
If these late fees surpass the cost of the item being returned, the return will no longer be accepted and the buyer must keep the product. If the buyer still persists in sending us the order back, the refund will not be issued and the item will not be sent back to the buyer.
Summary: You can initiate a return within 4 calendar days, and ship the order back within 4 business days.
Condition of Returned Items
Items that are unopened or returned with minor scratches, chips, leather marks less than 0.3 inch, will not be subject to additional fees.
Items returned with leather marks (exceeding 0.3 inch) not caused by our shipping will incur a minimum $60 refurbishment fee, deducted from the refund.
Items must be returned with all original parts except the pre-installed double-sided tapes.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection.
How to Initiate a Return
To receive return instructions, please contact us at orders@spdbygaston.com with your order number, and indicate whether you will be shipping the item yourself, using the carrier and shipping speed of your choice, or if you would like us to send you a prepaid USPS Priority return label costing $18.50, which will be deducted from your full refund.
