Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico: A flat shipping surcharge of $15 USD applies to all kits.
All other countries: New kits are available for a total of $350 USD, including shipping. Refurbished kits for a total of $300, including shipping. These prices include import duties, if applicable.
